The new rate for this year is $2.05. This rate takes effect on September 1, 2025 and will run until August 31, 2026.

As summer comes to an end our 2nd annual community yard sale quick approaches. Please register if you would like to participate. The registration deadline is September 7. We have 20 lawn space and 5 lot spaces. This is your chance to clear out those items you've been talking about. All are welcome!
